Assessment of Quality Work Life on Employee Job Performance (A Study of Selected Staff from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Ogun State)

This paper critically examined the impact of Quality Work Life on Employee Job Performance, with specific focus Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Ogun-State. study employed a descriptive survey design. A sample size 86 respondents was selected using simple random sampling technique which 84 filled and returned questionnaire. Data from questionnaire analyzed special software for statistics is called statistical package social science (SPSS) version 23. The found out that work environment employees affects job performance. Also, compensation degree reward system influences staff performance an organization. After findings research it highly recommended thatThat Management Organization should ensure there periodic review employee needs to facilitate improvement in life (QWL) rise satisfaction level employees. require adopting quality programs such as enrichment, socio – technical redesign into comprehensive efforts improve working environment.
